Thoroughly enjoyed well-equipped and well-appointed double room with lovely bathroom, wouldn't mind staying there all day. The location turned out to be peaceful and convenient, just off all the tourist locations. It also was in the centre of town.

The spacious king room felt just like home, with little touches, made a big difference. Breakfast was definitely the highlight, with very nice home-made bread and the best haggis I've ever tasted. The warmth and hospitality from the hosts created an inviting atmosphere, and their tips for exploring were invaluable. Just a heads-up, it's advisable to reserve dinner spots in advance, as local restaurants tend to fill up quickly.

I just had a wonderful stay with the coziest King Room and an amazing homemade breakfast that rivaled Michelin-star dishes. The attention to detail blew me away, but I wish the bed had softer pillows.

Couples seeking a respite
So we stayed for 3 nights and it was just fantastic! Andy and Lian treated us like family, they're just amazing hosts. Breakfasts were something else-ever had homemade cake every day? That's a game changer right there. Our room was super comfy with all the essentials, enjoyed a nice cuppa on the chairs provided. The location was pretty decent too, not too far up the hill to get to town, even if the walk back almost killed me.
It wasn't the most economical stay, but definitely worth it.

The Roses B&B was lovely during our 3-night stay! Our King Room was super clean, and the attention to detail was excellent. Andy and Lian were great, especially accommodating my spouse's food allergy, and the breakfast was really good with homemade treats. The location, just a short drive to Portree, made exploring easy.
The uphill walk back from town was a bit tiring.
